BANDERA COUNTY, Texas - Deputies with the Bandera County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit arrested two individuals and seized a large quantity of drugs and cash while executing a search warrant in the Polly Peak Subdivision on January 31, 2026.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies recovered more than two pounds of marijuana, 168 grams of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), seven grams of methamphetamine, and more than $30,000 in U.S. currency during the search.

46-year-old Randy Doyle Stokes was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds), a state jail felony; Possession with Intent to Deliver a Penalty Group 1 controlled substance (methamphetamine) in an amount more than four grams but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony; and Possession with Intent to Deliver a Penalty Group 2 controlled substance (THC) in an amount more than four grams but less than 200 grams, also a first-degree felony.
18-year-old Ean Doyle Stokes was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Penalty Group 2 controlled substance (THC) in an amount more than one gram but less than four grams. He also faces new charges of Possession of Marijuana (4 ounces to 5 pounds), a state jail felony, and Possession with Intent to Deliver a Penalty Group 2 controlled substance (THC) in an amount more than four grams but less than 200 grams, a first-degree felony.
Both men were booked into the Bandera County Jail on the listed charges.
