Warrant Arrest - Forgery of Commercial Instrument/Check: On Friday, January 12th, officers conducted a warrant arrest in the 100 block of Westmill Drive. A female suspect from a fraud case in September 2023 was positively identified, leading to a felony arrest warrant. The suspect surrendered peacefully and confessed to the charges.

Driving While Intoxicated: On Sunday, January 13th, an officer responded to a vehicle off the road in the 200 block of Cliffside. The intoxicated driver refused a breath test, leading to a blood test warrant. The driver was taken into custody for the criminal offense.

Aggravated Robbery - Carjackings Investigation: On Sunday, January 14th, a Shavano Park officer assisted in a carjackings investigation initiated by SAPD. The officer located a stolen vehicle and, upon arrival, was flagged down by a victim of armed carjacking. The suspects fled, and SAPD later recovered the stolen vehicle along with additional property and firearms. The four suspects remain at large.

Disorderly Conduct (Fighting): On Sunday, January 14th, officers responded to a fight at a business in the 16800 block of NW Military. The incident involved the theft of a phone, leading to a fight between two male subjects. Both were detained and cited for disorderly conduct.

Warrant Arrest/Failure to Identify/Possession Drug Paraphernalia: On Tuesday, January 16th, an officer conducted a traffic stop for an expired registration. The driver failed to provide identification, initially providing false information. The driver was found to have active warrants and drug paraphernalia, leading to arrest.
