Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) Incidents:

  1. Incident on Sunday, December 31st, 2:00 a.m.: An officer observed a vehicle crossing into opposing lanes of traffic in the 15600 Block of NW Military Highway. The driver, displaying signs of intoxication, refused a breath specimen. Transported to Bexar County Detention Center, a blood specimen was obtained with a warrant, resulting in the driver's custody and booking on criminal charges.

  2. Incident on Monday, January 1st, 12:30 a.m.: An officer observed a vehicle traveling in the center turn lane along the 15000 block of NW Military Highway. The driver, exhibiting signs of intoxication, refused a breath specimen. Taken to Bexar County Detention Center, a blood specimen was obtained with a warrant, leading to the driver's custody and booking on criminal charges.

Other Incidents:

  1. Assault on Tuesday, January 2nd, 4:30 p.m.: An officer responded to a local residential living facility for an assault report involving a married couple. The case has been referred to criminal investigations.

  2. Criminal Mischief on Sunday, January 7th, 9:30 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to a business in the 16000 block of NW Military for a property damage report. Damage to a vehicle's driver's door handle was observed; it is believed that an attempted burglary occurred. The case is now under criminal investigations.

  3. Theft on Tuesday, January 9th, 10:00 a.m.: An officer responded to a construction site in the 15800 block of NW Military for a theft report. An auger attachment was reported missing since the end of the business day on January 5th. The case has been referred to criminal investigations.
