On January 9, 2024, Kerr County Sheriff Deputies apprehended 31-year-old Manuel Luis Gonzales of Hondo on six outstanding warrants issued by Medina County. The warrants include two charges of assault causing bodily injury, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces, reckless driving, and robbery. Gonzales' combined bond has been set at $72,500. Following his arrest, he was transported to the Kerr County Detention Center.
On January 10 at 7:46 am, Gonzales was transferred to the Medina County Jail, where he will await further legal proceedings related to the charges.
