The Leon Valley Police Department has been alerted to the disappearance of 18-year-old Savanah Nicole Soto, reported missing by her family. The young woman, who is pregnant and has exceeded her delivery date, has raised significant concern among relatives following her failure to attend a crucial medical appointment.  Savannah was last seen at around 2:00 pm on December 22, 2023 and was scheduled to be induced last Saturday night.

Originally reaching out to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), the family prompted the issuance of a CLEAR alert. Ms. Soto is described as 5'1" tall, of white/hispanic ethnicity, weighing 115 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. It is believed she may be traveling in a 2013 gray Kia Optima, license plate number 4289D57, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The Leon Valley Police Department has initiated an investigation into her disappearance, with detectives and officers actively pursuing leads and seeking additional witnesses and information.

Savannah's mother expressed concern, stating that her daughter would not run away, especially considering the family's recent tragedy. Savanah's 15-year-old brother was killed earlier in 2023. Adding to the complexity, Savannah's boyfriend, 22-year-old Matthew Guerra, is also missing. The couple was living together at the time of her disappearance.

In a TikTok post, Matthew Guerra's mother shared details, stating, "If anyone knows my son Matthew Guerra, he and his pregnant girlfriend are missing. I know my son, and he wouldn't do anything to hurt her. She is due to have a baby, and her things were left behind that she packed for the hospital, including her purse. The neighbors said they heard Savannah screaming for help, and the next morning, they saw them get into a Cadillac. My son's phone says the caller is unavailable, and their car is not at their apartment."

Savannah Nicole Soto's well-being is a top priority for law enforcement. Anyone with information about her current whereabouts or who may have seen her recently is urged to contact Detective Massiatte at j.massiatte@leonvalleytexas.gov or call 210-684-8897 immediately.

The public is implored to assist in locating Ms. Soto, ensuring her safety, and reuniting her with her family.
