In two separate incidents this week, Shavano Park Police officers successfully apprehended individuals with active felony warrants.
On Monday evening, November 27th, around 6:00 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance call in the 100 block of Wagon Trail. Upon investigation, one individual was found to have an active felony warrant for Injury to the Elderly. The subject was taken into custody and later transported to the Bexar County Detention Center.
On Tuesday evening, November 28th, at approximately 10:00 p.m., a Shavano Park Police officer conducted a routine traffic stop in the 15400 block of NW Military Highway due to an equipment violation. During the stop, it was discovered that the driver had an active felony warrant for drug possession. The driver was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Bexar County Detention Center.
