In a collaborative effort, the Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force (GCNTF) joined forces with the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office, Seguin Police Department Criminal Apprehension and Street Enforcement Unit (C.A.S.E.), and the New Braunfels Police Department Street Crimes Unit for a significant Joint Directive Patrol Operation spanning multiple cities and areas within Guadalupe County.
This operation, which took place starting on September 28, 2023, resulted from extensive narcotics investigations and Crime Stoppers Tips, leading to the execution of felony arrest warrants for 13 individuals. Additionally, 18 more individuals were arrested during the operation on various narcotics and firearm-related charges.
The enforcement efforts resulted in the recovery of stolen property, including a vehicle, trailer, heavy trencher, and firearm, totaling over $65,000. Authorities also seized substantial quantities of illegal substances, including 7,200 grams of cocaine, 142 grams of methamphetamine, 40.4 grams of marijuana, 5 grams of heroin, 3 grams of THC in vape cartridges, and 0.6 grams of Xanax pills. Approximately $4,000 in cash was confiscated as well.

The Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force, comprising detectives, investigators, and Criminal Interdiction K9 Units from Seguin Police Department, Cibolo Police Department, and the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office, continues to anticipate further arrests as a result of this operation and ongoing investigations.
