Bandera ISD Administrator Named Lone Finalist for Westbrook ISD Superintendent

BANDERA, Texas — Bandera Independent School District has announced that Donald Tosh has been named the lone finalist for superintendent of Westbrook ISD.

Tosh currently serves as Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and Student Services and has spent 15 years with Bandera ISD in a variety of leadership roles.

During his tenure, Tosh served as Middle School Principal, Director of Assessment, Accountability, Federal Programs, and Safety and Security, Chief Administration Officer, and most recently in his current assistant superintendent role.

District officials said Tosh’s leadership and commitment to students, staff, and the community have made a lasting impact across Bandera ISD.

The selection marks the next step in the hiring process for Westbrook ISD, where Tosh is expected to take on the superintendent role pending final approval.

Bandera ISD officials expressed support for Tosh as he prepares to transition to his new position, noting his contributions to the district over the past decade and a half.
