The Bandera Lady Bulldogs JV basketball team captured the Seguin tournament championship Saturday with a 2-0 performance.
In their first game, Bandera defeated Elgin 38-19. Freshman Blu Rollo posted a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds, while junior Abigail Sizemore added 9 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 steals.
The Bulldogs followed that with a 46-9 win over Pleasanton. Rollo led the offense with 19 points, and sophomore Ellie Voss contributed 11 points and 10 steals, anchoring the team’s strong defensive effort.
The Lady Bulldogs improve to 3-0 on the season and will travel to Uvalde Tuesday to try to extend their unbeaten streak.
