Arrested: Juan Vasquez

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — On Tuesday, July 29, 2025, the San Antonio Police Department’s Covert Response Unit executed a major narcotics operation in the 6200 block of Lark Valley Drive in southwest San Antonio, resulting in the arrest of 40-year-old Juan Albert Vasquez.

During the operation, detectives recovered:

• 58 kilograms of methamphetamine

• 1 kilogram of heroin

• Five firearms, including two reported stolen

• $5,000 in cash

Vasquez is facing two felony charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver over 400 grams.
