Seguin Police have arrested one suspect and are now asking for the public's help to find a second person connected to a shooting that injured a teenager earlier this month.
On June 14, 2025, at about 1:18 a.m., Seguin Police Officers were called to reports of gunfire at the Seguin Manor Apartments, located at 800 N. State Highway 123 Bypass. When they arrived, officers found a 15-year-old girl with a gunshot wound to her arm.
Through their investigation, Javon Calvin of Kyle, Texas, was identified as a suspect. With help from the Kyle Police Department, Calvin was taken into custody on June 24, 2025.
Detectives are now looking for a second individual connected to the case: Julicia Medrano. She is wanted for Hindering Apprehension and is believed to be in the Austin, Texas, area with an active arrest warrant.
