A proactive traffic stop conducted by Cibolo Police Officer Balderas has resulted in a significant bust, removing dangerous drugs, illegal weapons, and a stolen firearm from the streets of Cibolo. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody without incident.

During a probable cause search initiated by Officer Balderas, authorities discovered:

• A stolen Glock .40 caliber handgun equipped with an illegal auto switch
• A 9mm AR pistol
• 11.5 grams of Xanax
• 208.5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and THC products
• 40 grams of cocaine
• 19.64 ounces of marijuana
• Multiple digital scales, cash, and drug paraphernalia

The vehicle involved in the stop was seized. The Cibolo Police Department commended Officer Balderas for his "smart, professional work that keeps our community safe," highlighting the effectiveness of proactive policing.
