The Medina County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Bettye Bush Noack, a 71-year-old woman reported missing from the Castroville area.
Bettye Noack was last seen at her residence in Gilliams Trailer Park and has not returned home. Authorities have expressed concern for her safety as she suffers from dementia and severe congestive heart failure.
Noack is described as 5'4", weighing 175 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be driving a 2015 blue Nissan Titan with Texas license plate JGB5737.
The Medina County Sheriff’s Office has entered Noack into the missing persons database, and a Silver Alert is expected to follow.
