Last week, the Uvalde Police Department's Patrol and Detective Divisions demonstrated their commitment to community safety by apprehending Luis Hernandez III, 26, in connection with multiple vehicle burglaries.
Hernandez's involvement in several cases of vehicle burglary had raised concerns among residents. However, thanks to the relentless efforts of patrol officers and detectives, Hernandez now faces charges for a total of nine felonies, with an additional felony possession of a controlled substance charge pending.
