The San Marcos Police Department has announced an arrest in connection to a shooting incident that took place on Barbara Drive in November 2023. The incident involved multiple suspects firing numerous rounds into a home, resulting in the significant injury of a juvenile male.

According to authorities, a juvenile male was apprehended on February 15th, 2024, in connection to the shooting. The individual has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, eight counts of Deadly Conduct, and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, all stemming from the November shooting.

While one suspect has been arrested, the police have identified additional individuals believed to be involved in the incident. Charges against these suspects are pending.
