On Sunday afternoon, January 22nd, at approximately 3:30 p.m., a Shavano Park Police officer responded to a residential location following a report of attempted sexual assault, unlawful restraint, assault, and strangulation.
The complainant informed authorities that the previous night, after a date, the subject attempted unwanted sexual contact and restrained the complainant's movement while choking them. The case has been forwarded to criminal investigations.
Within days, investigating officers positively identified the subject and secured felony and misdemeanor arrest warrants for the mentioned offenses. The subject was promptly located, apprehended without incident, and transported to the Bexar County Adult Detention Center, where charges were filed.
