On Friday, December 22, 2023, at approximately 2:46 p.m., a deputy from the Gillespie County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint about a burglary that occurred earlier in the week. The incident took place at a residence in the 2400 block of Klein Branch Road.
The burglary transpired in the early morning hours of Wednesday, December 20, 2023, and was brought to light when a female suspect was captured on a surveillance camera inside the residence. The complainant was not at home during the incident.
Authorities revealed that the suspect gained entry to the residence through a window, the same point of entry used in a previous burglary a few months prior. Notably, the surveillance cameras were installed after the earlier incident.
Law enforcement officials are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the individual seen in the footage.
