On November 29, 2023, The San Antonio Police Human Exploitation Unit conducted an undercover operation and apprehended 40-year-old Vicente Gonzales.
For several days, Gonzales was messaging what he believed to be a 14 year old child, via social media. Gonzales was asking the minor for lewd photographs, speaking in a sexually explicit manner, and wanted to engage in sexual conduct.
On Wednesday, November 29th, Gonzales asked to meet with the minor at a designated location. Gonzales showed up to the location and was taken into custody for the offense of Online Solicitation of a Minor W/Intent Sexual Conduct.
