PLEASANTON, Texas - Three men have been arrested in connection with an armed home invasion robbery that occurred earlier this month in Pleasanton.
According to the Pleasanton Police Department, officers responded at approximately 5 a.m. on July 5 to a residence in the 1000 block of West Oaklawn after receiving a report of an aggravated robbery.
Investigators determined that three armed men entered the home, held the occupants at gunpoint and stole multiple items before fleeing the scene.
The department's Criminal Investigation Division launched an investigation led by Detective Gabriel Garza, with assistance from Detectives Chris Trevino, Paul Pena and Amelia Garza.
Through interviews with victims and witnesses, detectives learned the suspects fled in a black Dodge Challenger. Surveillance footage and other evidence led investigators to a residence in the 900 block of Poplar Street in Jourdanton.
Working with the Jourdanton Police Department, detectives recovered several items reported stolen during the robbery and located the suspect vehicle.
The investigation led authorities to identify three suspects.
On July 9, detectives charged Juan Villalobos with aggravated robbery while he was already being held in the Atascosa County Jail on unrelated charges.
On July 14, detectives received information that the second suspect, Broedy Loza, had fled to Beeville. With assistance from the Beeville Police Department, Loza was located and arrested without incident.
The third suspect, Isaac Rodriguez, was arrested in Pleasanton on July 15 by detectives and patrol officers.
All three suspects are facing multiple counts of aggravated robbery.
Police said investigators have determined the victims were specifically targeted and that the robbery was not a random act of violence.
The investigation remains ongoing.
