BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A woman was taken into custody this week in connection with an animal cruelty investigation conducted by the Bexar County Constable's Office Precinct 2.
According to authorities, deputy constables previously investigated allegations involving cruelty to non-livestock animals and obtained an arrest warrant for Kylie Winkelman.
On June 16, 2026, Winkelman arrived at the Bexar County Constable's Office, where deputies took her into custody without incident on the active warrant.
She was transported to the Bexar County Jail and booked on the charge associated with the warrant.
Officials have not released additional details regarding the underlying allegations or the animals involved in the investigation.
