SAN ANTONIO, TX - A Bexar County judge has sentenced Seth Little to 40 years in prison for the murder of Corwin Davis during a home invasion robbery, closing a case that dates back nearly four years.
Little was sentenced Friday, January 16, 2026, by Visiting Judge Laura Parker of the 175th District Court. Prosecutors said the killing occurred in May 2022, when Little and an accomplice, Malyk Jason, broke into Davis’s home with the intent to commit robbery. During the break-in, Davis was shot and killed.
In addition to the murder conviction, Little was also found guilty on two unrelated charges of aggravated robbery and theft. Those sentences will run concurrently with the 40-year murder sentence. Jason, who prosecutors identified as Little’s accomplice, is scheduled to be sentenced on January 23, 2026.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant Criminal District Attorney Madeline Flosi of the Criminal Trial Division, with assistance from Victim Advocate Helen Yruegas and Investigator Albert Lopez.
“Today’s sentencing reflects our office’s commitment to pursuing justice for all victims of crime,” said Bexar County District Attorney Joe Gonzales. “Although there is nothing that can restore the loss of life, we can ensure Corwin’s memory is honored through accountability.”
