New Braunfels, TX – The New Braunfels Police Department is asking the public for help locating 51-year-old Carl Randal McBride, who is wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred in the early hours of Sunday, December 21, 2025, in the 200 block of N. West End Avenue.
An adult male victim was shot during the incident and transported to Brooke Army Medical Center, where he underwent surgery and is currently in stable condition. McBride fled the scene before officers arrived and remains at large.
McBride is wanted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities urge anyone with information about his whereabouts not to approach him and to immediately call 911.
