Early Sunday morning, November 30, around 1:32 am, the Uvalde Volunteer Fire Department was called to a structure fire in the 1300 block of County Road 372, east of Uvalde. Two pumpers, two tanker trucks, and 12 firefighters responded.

When crews entered the home, they found two people deceased inside.

The Uvalde County Sheriff’s Office, along with local and state fire marshals, is investigating the cause of the fire. No further details have been released.
