BEXAR COUNTY, TX – A proactive traffic stop by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit resulted in the seizure of over a kilogram of fentanyl and the arrest of four individuals, including one documented gang member, on various drug-related charges.
The incident occurred during routine gang suppression patrols when deputies initiated a traffic stop that led to the discovery of 1,009 grams of fentanyl—an amount capable of producing more than 500,000 potentially fatal pills.
The following individuals were arrested:
Christopher Anthony Rivera, 32
Warrant – Possession of Controlled Substance PG1/1B <1g
Alan Segura, 20
Possession of Controlled Substance PG2 1g–4g (2g THC Oil)
Possession of Marijuana 0–2oz (2.13g)
Allyson Janelle Alvarez, 21
Possession of Controlled Substance PG2 1g–4g (2g THC Oil)
Erik Adrian Gonzalez, 33 – Documented Gang Member
Possession of Controlled Substance PG1B >400g (1009g Fentanyl)
Possession of Controlled Substance PG1 1g–4g (1.9g Methamphetamine)
