SAN MARCOS, TX – A 15-year-old suspect was arrested early Monday morning, July 14, following a report of a vehicle burglary at the Reserve at San Marcos apartment homes.

At approximately 2:25 a.m., San Marcos Police officers responded to a report of an individual checking car door handles near Building 14 at 4210 N. SH 123. Officers confirmed at least one vehicle had been burglarized.

Thanks to an alert witness, officers quickly located the 15-year-old suspect in a nearby apartment. He was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Vehicle.  Due to his age, his identification was not revealed.
