A narcotics search warrant executed on June 5, 2025, at a residence in the 500 block of Trade Street resulted in the arrest of seven individuals and the seizure of heroin and methamphetamines.
At approximately 3:00 p.m., the Pleasanton Emergency Response Team, Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), and the 81st District Attorney Investigator executed the warrant following a months-long investigation into suspected drug activity at the location. The investigation began after community members reported frequent foot traffic and suspected narcotics transactions at the residence.
During the course of the investigation, several individuals were arrested after leaving the property in possession of heroin and methamphetamines. Detectives obtained a search warrant on June 4, which was carried out the following day.
Twelve individuals were detained at the scene. After the search was completed, heroin and methamphetamines were found inside the residence. Seven individuals were arrested and now face multiple charges, including Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3. Two of the individuals were also wanted on active theft warrants related to incidents in Pleasanton.
The Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the operation by providing a transport van for the detained individuals.
The investigation remains ongoing, and further arrests may occur.
