San Antonio Physician Assistant's License Suspended After Arrest on Felony Charges

The Texas Physician Assistant Board has temporarily suspended, without notice, the Texas physician assistant license of Jefferson Lee Rodieck, P.A. (Lic. No. PA05775), effective February 26, 2025. Rodieck practiced in San Antonio.

The disciplinary panel found that Rodieck was arrested on several serious charges, including Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (first or second-degree felony), Deadly Conduct—Discharge of a Firearm (Class A Misdemeanor or Third Degree Felony), Assault of a Peace Officer (Second Degree Felony), Assault of a Public Servant (Third Degree Felony), and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, 1-4g (Third Degree Felony).

A temporary suspension hearing with notice will be held as soon as practicable, providing Rodieck with 10 days' notice, unless he specifically waives the hearing. The temporary suspension will remain in effect until the Board takes further action.
