On May 14, 2025, just before 2 p.m., a Bexar County Sheriff’s Deputy was alerted to a stolen red Kia Forte in the area. The deputy located the vehicle and attempted a traffic stop, but the driver fled, leading to a brief pursuit that was later called off for safety reasons.
Deputies later found the abandoned vehicle off Highway 90. The suspects had fled on foot. After a search, deputies tracked them to the 400 block of Roslyn, where both individuals were discovered hiding underneath a house.
The suspects were identified as Krista Jolene Juleg and Richard Cedillo. Both had active warrants and now face multiple charges:

Evading Arrest in a Vehicle
Possession of Identifying Information (At Large)
Outstanding Warrants for:
Theft of Property
Possession of a Controlled Substance
Escape While Arrested/Confined (Felony)
Richard Cedillo
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle (Warrant)
Evading Arrest on Foot
Both were arrested and transported to the Bexar County Jail. The stolen vehicle was recovered and returned to its owner.
