The Seguin Police Department has made two arrests and is seeking two additional individuals in connection with a shooting that occurred in the area of W. Shelby Street and S. Goodrich Street on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at approximately 12:20 a.m.
Responding to reports of shots fired, officers located a 33-year-old male Seguin resident who had been struck by gunfire while outside a nearby residence. The victim was transported to a hospital in San Antonio and is reported to be in stable condition.
Following an investigation by the Seguin PD’s Criminal Investigations Division, Detta Sanders and Marisa Guerrero were taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Both have been transported to the Guadalupe County Jail.
The Seguin Police Department has also obtained active warrants for Mylar Walker and Elexcia Himes in connection with the shooting. These individuals are currently wanted, and officers are actively working to locate them.
