Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office Investigators have charged Hayden Ross Corbin with Murder by Induction of Fentanyl, a 1st-degree felony, following an overdose death investigation.
On February 6, 2025, investigators responded to a report of a 24-year-old female from New Braunfels who had died in Guadalupe County. Authorities determined the victim had ingested what were believed to be counterfeit Percocet pills, known as "M-30s" or "Perc30s," which often contain fentanyl.
Through their investigation, detectives identified Hayden Ross Corbin as the individual who allegedly provided the lethal dose of fentanyl to the victim.
Corbin was already in custody at the Comal County Jail on unrelated charges of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1B and Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance PG1/1B. Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office Investigators served the murder warrant on Corbin at the Comal County Jail on Tuesday, April 8th.
