Thomas Delgado, 58, of Hondo, was arrested on March 24, 2025, after the Hondo Police Department Narcotics Division executed a narcotics search warrant at 1301 Ave E.

Delgado was arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 (Cocaine).
