On Monday, March 3, 2025, at approximately 8:45 p.m., a San Antonio police officer conducted a traffic stop that led to the arrest of 30-year-old Devon Cadrick McCumber.
During the stop, officers discovered McCumber was in possession of nine ounces of cocaine. Two small infants were also inside the vehicle. A records check revealed McCumber had active warrants for his arrest.
McCumber was taken into custody and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance: PG1 200-400 grams, a first-degree felony. Child Protective Services was notified and will investigate the welfare of the children.
McCumber's bond was set at $35,000. He was released on bond on Tuesday morning.
