Incident Report: Discharged Firearm at Dairy Queen in Kyle

On Tuesday, June 18th, at approximately 8:58 p.m., Kyle Police Department officers responded to a report of a discharged firearm at the Dairy Queen located near RM 150 and the I-35 Frontage Road.

Upon arrival, officers discovered damage to the establishment's windows, which is believed to have been caused by a pellet gun. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.

As of now, there are no suspects identified. However, evidence has been collected from the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
