Early in the morning on March 2nd, 2024, authorities responded to a shooting incident at 9627 Sims (Trophy Room). While investigating the scene, officers heard another gunshot from the parking lot. They found 23-year-old Emily Hale of El Paso inside a 2015 Honda Accord, acting suspiciously and reaching towards the passenger seat.
The police discovered a pistol under the passenger seat, preventing a potentially dangerous situation.
Hale was arrested for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Discharge of a Firearm in Certain Municipalities and taken to the El Paso County Detention Facility.
