A 38-year-old San Marcos man, Ronald Lavoy Martin Williams, is facing charges of "trafficking person from shelter" after being arrested by Comal County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) deputies on Friday. The arrest was made in connection to the disappearance of a missing teenager from the Bulverde area.
The juvenile, who had been the subject of an Amber Alert activated on Wednesday, was found alone and unharmed in the 1000 block of TX-80 in San Marcos on Thursday. CCSO, using security footage from the area, identified Williams as a suspect in the case.
Ronald Lavoy Martin Williams was taken into custody without incident. The investigation is ongoing, and Williams will face charges related to trafficking a person from a shelter.
