HAYS COUNTY, Texas - The Hays County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division has arrested 24-year-old Franklin Jovel Tabora-Dias of Kyle on sexual assault and child trafficking charges following a year-long investigation.

Tabora-Dias faces the following charges:
Sexual Assault (Second-degree felony)
Child Trafficking (Two counts, First-Degree Misdemeanor)
He remains held in the Hays County Jail on a total bond of $$275,000$.
