At approximately 4:17 p.m., SCU officers served the warrant at the Osage Drive home, where they detained the sole occupant, Maria Garcia, without incident. Garcia admitted narcotics were present but denied ownership.

A search of the residence resulted in the discovery of:

  • 742 grams of THC resin oil

  • 12,900 THC edible gummies

  • 3,450 grams of hashish

  • One AR-15 rifle

  • One stolen GMC Yukon Denali SUV

The estimated street value of the seized THC products and narcotics is $115,060.

Garcia was arrested and booked into the Bexar County Jail on three counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1 over 400 grams.

The investigation is ongoing, and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office urges the public to report drug activity by calling 210-335-6000 or emailing BCSOTIPS@bexar.org.
