On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, members of the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Fugitive Apprehension Unit, working alongside the United States Marshal's Fugitive Task Force, located and arrested Allen T. Castleman in San Marcos.
Castleman was wanted on multiple outstanding warrants from Guadalupe County, including one count of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact, two counts of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 14 Years Old, two counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, one count of Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, and three counts of Assault Family/House Member Impeding Breath/Circulation.
Following his arrest, Castleman was transported and booked into the Guadalupe County Adult Detention Facility.
