The San Antonio Chamber of Commerce’s Aerospace Committee has finalized work on the 2022-2023 San Antonio Aerospace Directory! The Committee extends its thanks to all who participated, provided feedback, and graciously sponsored.
In partnership with the San Antonio Manufacturers Association, the Aerospace Committee updated and re-organized the directory, which was last published in 2017 in partnership with Port San Antonio. The directory serves as a capabilities list of the aerospace industry, highlighting companies, organizations, and education providers who contribute to the industry at large in San Antonio.
San Antonio has a strong reputation for being a hub of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) companies, but it is now starting to see accelerated growth in research, technology, engineering, machining, and manufacturing. Additionally, while historically known for being centered around traditional aviation, San Antonio is expanding its footprint into the commercial space sector, the drone and unmanned aircraft sector, and is looking to establish itself as a leader in vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircrafts. With so much happening in the Aerospace industry in San Antonio, the Committee’s goal with the directory is to bring new business to the region, highlight various opportunities, and draw qualified workforce candidates.
The directory is a living PDF document that will be periodically updated by Chamber staff. If you see a business or organization in the San Antonio Aerospace industry not listed, please send us a note.
