On March 14, 2025, Clinton Andrew Horne, 38, of Canyon Lake, Texas, was arrested following a search warrant executed at a residence in the 1000 block of Canyon Shores in Comal County.
The Comal County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit conducted the search as part of an ongoing investigation into marijuana trafficking involving Horne. Detectives seized $139,060 in U.S. currency, 11.78 pounds of marijuana, and 6.56 ounces of THC extract products.
Horne was also served with two arrest warrants for Delivery of Marijuana in quantities ranging from 1/4 ounce to 5 pounds. He was booked into the Comal County Jail and later released on a $6,000 bond.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges are pending.
