Brian Ray Leigh, 62, has been arrested and charged with murder following a fatal shooting on February 24, 2025.
At approximately 6:41 p.m., Bexar County deputies responded to a shooting at 14900 Picardy Wheel, where they found a 49-year-old victim deceased.
Leigh admitted to shooting the victim during an altercation. Witnesses, including the victim's spouse and children, were present at the scene. Leigh was found in possession of a 9mm firearm.
Video evidence showed the victim approaching Leigh in an irritated manner before being shot. Leigh claimed self-defense, but was arrested and charged with murder. The investigation is ongoing.
