Bandera High School Symphonic Band Earns Superior Rating

Bandera High School Symphonic Band showcased their musical prowess at the Fredericksburg High School Pre-UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Contest on Tuesday, March 19. The band received a stellar rating of Superior (1st division) from all judges, marking an outstanding achievement.

Under the adept guidance of Director of Bands, Joe Cortez III, the Symphonic Band is gearing up for their next challenge. They are scheduled to perform at the Region 29 UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation on Wednesday, March 27, at 3:45 pm. The event will take place at Champion High School in Boerne.

Meanwhile, the Bandera High School Concert Band, under the direction of Assistant Band Director Toni Batto, is also preparing to participate in the Region 29 UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation. Their performance is scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, at 1:45 pm, at Champion High School in Boerne.
