On February 10, 2024, Kerrville Police Officers arrested Caleb Rex Willis of Kerrville in the 1900 block of West Ln after an investigation into a firearm theft.
Willis was taken into custody without further incident. He has also been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon as well as the theft of a firearm. His total bond is set at $40,000.
