During the holiday season, the San Antonio Police Department's Human Exploitation Unit worked with undercover female officers in apprehending suspects who are engaging in the solicitation of children online. The operation resulted in 12 arrests.  These suspects are accused of trying to meet up with minors for sexual conduct.

The SAPD Human Exploitation detectives worked diligently to build cases during this covert operation. Additionally, this operation has led to an additional 15 other suspects, in which arrests warrants will soon be issued.
