In Canyon Lake, Texas, 46-year-old Randy Wayne Lofton has been arrested on felony charges following the execution of a search warrant in the 800 block of Canyon Bend, Canyon Lake, Comal County. On November 3, 2023, the Comal County Narcotics Unit, along with the Comal County K9 Unit and the Comal County SWAT Team, conducted the operation to search for and seize narcotics believed to be on the premises.
During the execution of the warrant, Randy Lofton was detained and subsequently arrested on various narcotic charges. The search yielded a significant amount of narcotics and weapons, including 1.5 pounds of marijuana, 256 grams of psilocybin, 401 grams of methamphetamine, 17 grams of various pills, and 2 firearms.
The successful operation underscores the commitment of the Comal County Sheriff’s Office to the safety and well-being of the community. Randy Lofton is currently in custody at the Comal County Jail, and as of now, no bond has been set. The investigation remains ongoing, with additional charges pending.
