In a significant development today, La Salle County Sheriff Anthony Zertuche announced the reception of a new order of high-quality tactical rifles for the Special Response Team (SRT). Manufactured by CCF Tactical LLC and delivered by Jesus Cavazos, the custom-built rifles are specifically designed for tactical event responses.
The SRT comprises deputies from the Sheriff’s Office who successfully passed an initial physical agility test and are set to undergo specialized weapons and tactics training. This elite team is earmarked for handling high-risk warrant service and responding to situations deemed high-risk. The addition of these advanced tactical rifles enhances the SRT's capabilities, equipping them to effectively address challenging scenarios.
